One of Touro’s most cherished values is inclusivity, in that each member is welcomed with open arms into the community. When it comes to financial support, the way we actualize this value is through our Voluntary Annual Support Pledge system (VASP). VASP enables each household to contribute to Touro at a level that is comfortable and meaningful to them. Because of this welcoming approach, newer and younger members can come to know our community without feeling compelled to donate beyond their means. Many are able to increase their support over time, others cannot, and yet everyone is a part of the Touro family.
