Registering for Youth and Teen Programming
Important Enrollment Update
To make sure we have the most up to date information for every family, we’re pausing automatic re-enrollment this year and asking all families to complete registration again. We know this is a shift from past years, and we appreciate your flexibility.
The good news is that much of your information (like addresses, insurance details, and birthdates) will already be saved in ShulCloud, so you’ll just need to review and update anything that’s changed. We plan to return to automatic re-enrollment in future years. See below for instructions.
Families with students in 3rd–6th grade should plan to enroll in both Yamim Yafim and Uptown Hebrew, as the two programs are designed to work in tandem to provide a full, rich Jewish education. If that structure doesn’t work for your family, please reach out to Rabbi Kowalski and Cantor Margolius to discuss options.

Registration Instructions
If you already have a Touro ShulCloud account and are enrolling an additional child, skip to Step 2.
1) Email Maya to request a login email for Shulcloud. You will then receive an email from ShulCloud with the subject line “Set Your Touro Synagogue Account Password”. Follow the instructions provided – this will (literally) take less than a minute to complete! *If you need us to resend this email to you, please call the Touro office at 504-895-4843.
2) After setting your password, watch this quick tutorial (only 3 minutes long!) to get acquainted with ShulCloud’s enrollment system.
3) When you’re familiar with the new process, click here to log back into your ShulCloud account. You can then select the Start School Enrollment button to enroll your kids in all of our youth and teen programs!
We know this is a few more steps than in previous years, but we promise it’s easy – and once your account is set up, you’ll never have to do it from scratch again! As always, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime you have questions.
Program fees will be added to your membership account balance in ShulCloud.
