Schedule a Tour
Touro Synagogue is well worth seeing first hand. From the breathtaking sanctuary to our historic significance, Touro attracts visitors from all over. We are delighted that you are interested in our story. In order for us to accommodate our frequent visitors we require advanced notice to schedule a guided tour, an experience you won’t forget.
Tours are not available April 8-17 and April 29-May 3. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We have a wonderful community of volunteers that request at least 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind that this system is not monitored on Saturday and Sunday. We will reach out to schedule as soon as possible. Tours are available Monday through Friday by appointment only to the following groups and individuals:
> School groups
> Groups and individuals sponsored by and personally known to a Touro Synagogue member; and
> Groups and individuals whose authorized synagogue or house of worship representative has contacted the Touro Synagogue office and requested a tour.
We are unable to schedule tours during holidays and special events. Tours are not available the week of Jazz Fest Shabbat.
